Returns made simple

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused, unworn pieces in their original ivory box with the pouch, care cloth and invoice included.

Please check weight, size and finish as soon as your parcel arrives so any issue can be raised in time.

Customised, engraved or personalised pieces, earrings and toe rings once worn (for hygiene reasons), and items damaged through wear, alteration or improper storage cannot be returned.

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 8077990676 or email shaktistore@gmail.com with your order details and a photograph of the piece. We'll confirm the return address or arrange a reverse pickup where the service is available.

Size and design exchanges are welcome within the same 7-day window. Any difference in price is settled before the replacement is dispatched.

Once the returned piece reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges, where paid, are non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged piece, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
