How your order reaches you

In-stock pieces are dispatched from Dehradun within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and customised pieces take 5–10 business days, confirmed with you before we begin.

Most orders across India arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer, and festival periods can add a day or two.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000. Below that, a flat forwarding charge applies and is confirmed before payment.

As soon as your parcel leaves us we share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp, so you can follow it to your door.

Jewellery is wrapped in a protective pouch, placed in an ivory gift box with a silver care cloth, then packed in tamper-evident outer packaging.
